Our Terms and Conditions of Sale
These Terms of Delivery outline the conditions for purchasing and receiving products from Isabella A/S through our website.
- Our terms apply to all purchases made on www.isabellaoutlet.net.
- By placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you cannot order items from our website.
- We recommend that you read these terms carefully before placing an order.
- Isabella A/S reserves the right to update or change the terms of sale at any time. You will be required to accept the updated terms each time you make a purchase.

Prices and Payment
- All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include 25% VAT and other taxes.
- The total price, including any delivery charges or card payment fees, will be displayed before completing your order.
- Free Delivery: Orders over €750 qualify for free delivery.
- For orders below €750, a delivery fee of €15 will apply.
- Payment is reserved at the time of ordering and collected once your order is dispatched.
- Accepted Payment Methods: Visa, MasterCard, and Visa-Electron.
Ordering on our Website
- You must be at least 18 years old and have a valid credit card to place an order. If under 18, you must have legal authorization to trade with us.
- Our website is available 24/7 but may occasionally be closed for maintenance (usually carried out at night).
- Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- Orders are only accepted if payment details are correct, and no evidence suggests misuse or violation of our terms.
Order Process
- Before clicking ‘Buy,’ you can review and edit your order details.
- Once you click ‘Buy,’ your order is binding, and you will receive an order confirmation by email.
- If you make an error or wish to cancel your order, contact our customer service immediately.
Delivery
- Your order will be delivered to the address provided at checkout.
- Delivery Time: Expected delivery is 5–10 working days. Longer times may apply for out-of-stock or custom items.
- During busy periods, delivery times for certain items may be extended.
Delivery Methods
- Home delivery is available for most locations.
- If your selected delivery point is full, your package may be redirected to a nearby alternative location.
Countries We Deliver To
Delivery is available to the following countries: Denmark (DK), Sweden (SE), Germany (DE), the Netherlands (NL), Belgium (BE), France (FR), Spain (ES) except Gibraltar and the islands, Poland (PL), Italy (IT), and Austria (AT).
Partial Shipments
If not, all items are in stock, we may send the available items first. Remaining items will be shipped once in stock, without additional delivery fees.
Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days.
Cooling-Off Period
- The 14-day period starts when you or a designated third party (not the carrier) receive the items.
- For orders with multiple deliveries, the cooling-off period starts upon receipt of the final item.
How to Cancel
To cancel your purchase:
- Notify us via email or letter with an unequivocal statement.
- You may use our standard withdrawal form (provided below).
- Return the item(s) within 14 days after notifying us.
Refund Process
- Refunds, including delivery costs, will be issued within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request.
- If a non-standard delivery method was chosen, only the cost equivalent to standard delivery will be refunded.
- Refunds will be made using the original payment method unless agreed otherwise.
Conditions
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
- We may withhold the refund until the items are received or proof of return is provided.

Incomplete or Incorrect Items

- Return the item for a replacement.
- Keep the item and receive a proportional refund.
- Keep the item and have the defect corrected.

- The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
Disputes shall be settled by a competent court in Denmark.
